Through her research, writings and multidisciplinary seminar, she explores the links between madness, creation and history. Jeanne Tripier, a psychiatric patient, produced a mystical body of work combining texts, drawings and objects, perceived as mediumistic. Maurer's work highlights these remarkable creations and their artistic and human significance.
