Collector's view
I discovered Christien de Jong’s work through her ink drawings on magazine pages.
From a simple photo of an interior, she manages to create an incredible world of mountains, roads and houses. She makes dreams come true on paper…
Then I bought other volume works like her wonderful cardboard insects. There is a real delicacy in Christien’s work that helps to change the world for the better.
