Christien de Jong lives in a small village in the Netherlands. She worked as a teacher in primary school. Being a self-taught artist, she draws, paints and makes spatial work thanks to her great outsider imagination.
Christien de Jong woont in een klein dorp in Nederland. Ze werkte als leerkracht in het basisonderwijs. Ze is autodidact: ze tekent, schildert en maakt ruimtelijk werk vanuit haar grote, bijzondere fantasie.”
